Overview
The Heruvian West Arterial (HW1) is a highway that aims to connect spawn to the western worldborder of Freedonia
This highway is part of the Heruvian Interstate Project.
The Highway is in need of proper lighting, as well as kilometer markers.
The Highway is located on y=98
