The Kanal Town Market and Auction House is the first such building in Freedonia (that the page writer is aware of). The building is a mixed use commercial building located on DarkOak Dock. Since its creation the building has held many high profile auctions.

General Info
The building is located on the DarkOak Dock in Kanal Town. It has 2 entry points, one via DarkOak Dock itself and the other via the Guardian Road in south Kanal Town. Kanal Town residents can hold auctions on the second floor and open stalls on the first floor for free. Non residents cannot open stalls on the first floor, however, they can host an auction for a price of 2 diamond blocks.
Hosting an auction
Auctions are hosted by SiOtter, though you can specially request to host one. If you are hosting an auction at the house there is a small fee and a commission rate. There are two types of auctions done at the house.
Player Hosted
- these are auctions hosted by players, people know who the seller are. There is an upfront payment (10dbs) and a commission payment (35%) if you want to host one of these auctions.
Anonymous Auctions
- these auctions are hosted by SiOtter by request. They are free to host outside of a 30% commission on all items sold.
