Timeline
Madison Hills (Southwood) was founded on April 24, 2023 after SoulCoyote relocated from their first home further south.
April 24, 2023: SoulCoyote's house was built.
May 2023: The roads were built and the nether temple and 3 more houses were built.
June 2023: SoulCoyote quits MCO for personal reasons and Madison Hills (Southwood) was abandoned.
November 2024: SoulCoyote returns and developed a plan to completely rebuild the city.
November 4, 2024: Demolition of the old buildings began.
November 20, 2024: Demolition was partially finished and the roads were completely rebuilt to be more direct and less windy.
November 24-26, 2024: The Crybaby Map Art was built
December 2024: Southwood was renamed to Madison Hills.
December 4, 2024: SoulCoyote began construction of Melanie Street Bridge
December, 9, 2024 SoulCoyote redesigned Melanie Street Bridge after construction failure and started reconstruction.
December 11, 2024: 
Bunsenbaker visited Madison Hills and attacked SoulCoyote and raided the storage.
December, 20, 2024: SoulCoyote completed Melanie Street Bridge.
December 24, 2024: SoulCoyote upgraded the storage to be more secure.
Janurary 2025: Demolition of the old buildings was completed.
Janurary 1, 2025: SoulCoyote starts the dig of the Great Subway of Madison Hills
Janurary 25, 2025: Most of the subway tunnel walls and lighting was built and the tunnel reached the surface at Madison Hills.
Feburary 4, 2025: SoulCoyote's house was landscaped.
Feburary 4-19, 2025: More roads were built and more land was terraformed.
Feburary 20, 2025: SoulCoyote started construction on Madison Hills City Hall.
March 10-13, 2025: SoulCoyote announced a hiatus due to personal reasons and dunechan became Vice Mayor and and took over the city's projects.

SoulCoyote is the city founder and mayor, has permissions to the whole city, and is in charge of giving permissions to others.
dunechan has permissions to the whole city and is in charge of giving permissions to others.
orchunter88 has permissions to City Hall.
