Mesa Plains Highway starts in Red Steam/Novatown and goes past YSL and ends at Old Route 101. Allowing players to get from NH City to Dragon River Peak City, Gran Syre, and Neo Tokyo.
LT3_ started on the road in February 2019, Flamehaze97 acquired perms for a connection to the road in Spring 2020 and built the road on September 27-28, 2020. Flame would later make improvements to the road in 2021 and 2022. 
NHC_THK requested to have a section that went along the tree tops removed. Flamehaze97 spoke to Admins about the request and they went with whatever the owner of the road was okay with. Flamehaze97 then spoke to LT3_ and he was okay with the way the road currently was built.
