ModernHouse is a Private House located in Sunset City.
A Private Structure is a structure that is off limits to people. They cannot modify, open chests, get inside, and grief the place. If they do it, admins will ban them.
Process
Planning
REMEMBER THE REASON WHY I BUILT THE HOUSE IN THE FIRST PLACE IS THANKS TO SKITTLEKID GIVING ME A PLOT! THAT'S IT!
Zappingsbrew initially planned it to become a large modern house from a YouTube tutorial. But, he decided to switch to a smaller one because he realized that his plot cannot fit the large one. He also realized that using his life savings for buying quartz isn't sustainable, so he replaced quartz with concrete instead which unfortunately removed depth from the stairs.
Construction
He built it in Sunset City. He used Litematica instead of YouTube tutorial. Gathering materials was for a few days, then built in on May 20-21
Progress
Gathered stuff in Newport, and the Gravel Farm. We also love ink sacs.
Completion
Around 12:00 AM to 1:30 PM, I finished. It is not yet fully furnished though; plans are unclear.
Restrictions
This house is for PRIVATE USE ONLY!!! Only Zappingsbrew, staffs, mods, and admins has access to this house. Other people can only look outside and enjoy looking at the house that fills the gap of Sunset City. Other people cannot also grief and trespass or steal chests as this will result in a PERMANENT BAN!!!
Safety
Very safe railings. Just don't auto jump on.
During Construction
Stair-shapes oak planks and ladders were used. Crouching is also used to prevent fall damage. Plank platforms are attached to horizontal oak log frames while constructing the roof.
Name Origin
He thinks of naming it House2 because he is uninspired, but decided to call it ModernHouse using the same PascalCase format in his other house. If he builds another modern house, he will just call it ModernHouse2, ModernHouse3, and so on.
