Overview
The Nippon District is a self-governing and autonomous district area of Georgetown located deep underground within the ruins of the original Heruvian Hyper Rail tunnel. The district was established by 
galaxykidM5.
Status
The district has been under long term construction due to the infrequently online nature of galaxykidM5.
Other Info
While located within Georgetown the district area does not fall under the jurisdiction of the Heruvian Federation or any of its member states/territories and is completly self governed and controlled by High Council Member galaxykidM5.
All members of the High Council of the Heruvian Federation have full perms within the district.
