Description
Peak Place (subject to change) is a project by Thebirdman567, and is very early in construction. It is planned to have a large glass dome on the surface, with a cylindrical space going down to bedrock. The top floor, with the dome, would have a public chest area, farms, and a custom-built tree. Each floor down would have homes for the residents, and tunnels out into utility areas such as storage, mines, markets, or new residential space.
Access
Road + Walking
Head north from Spawn, through a village, until you reach a wide road. Follow this road west, through a tunnel, and jump down to the water. Swim to the cobblestone pathway, and follow it to a wooden, unorganized town. Head through the town, and there is a small wooden cabin on a hill. Past the cabin is the site where Peak Place is being built.

Benefits
- An iron grinder is planned, but not confirmed. It will be private, but residents can request iron via Discord or ingame.
- If the iron grinder is built, new residents will be given a set of iron tools + armor.
- 4 beacons, at the bottom of the town.
- Class system, the lower the house, the higher quality it is.
- Food is left in mailboxes, daily between 20:30 to 21:00 UTC. On occasion, usually on weekends, extra food is distributed between 9:00 to 12:00 UTC.
Joining
Players can request residency on Discord, or can message Thebirdman567 ingame. Initial home prices range from 64 coal to 16 diamond blocks. After the purchase, the new homeowner decides between weekly or monthly taxes. Taxes are 1/8 of the home price (weekly) or half (monthly). If the homeowner is unable to pay the tax, government gifts (food, iron, tools) will be cut until the tax is paid.
Notes
Due to its close proximity to Spawn, a security system is in place to prevent griefers. Residents need to provide a verification of residency, and new people must be let in by a government or Western Union official. All weapons and destructive items are to be confiscated on entry, and returned when leaving.
