This place was founded by Freeman77 who wanted like to make something nice when 
SlowRiot comes back to the server again.
So he asked 
Bowbyslag to teleport him there to build some type of the monument, which he did. It is a house with a "RIOT___:)" sign on it. Nothing else (as of 2017).
