How it was created
There was supposed to be a Terrain Dragon at Orange 2 Borderlands Hub, but due to an error the terrain dragon couldn't be summoned. So some players who were there decided to build some stuff. A lot of things were built until it began to take a shape of a small village/settlement (well not really a settlement actually but ok).
DanThePilot02, one of the players there decided to name the village "Romania." Few withers were summoned too Eventually, the terrain dragon got fixed and was killed later.
