Population Control At Its Finest™

The Sapphire Node was a Craftbook superweapon built in May of 2011 by getplayerhead.sh?Healthyuncle&16.png Healthyuncle and getplayerhead.sh?imaMIN0R&16.png imaMIN0R. The system utilized lightning IC's strategically placed at nearly every warp. Hidden deep underground, the Sapphire Node served as the weapon's control room, containing a a bank of levers, transmitters and craftbook recievers that would allow the creators to cause havok from the safety of their bunker. The Sapphire Node went online on May 10th, 2011, after just a few days of construction. The weapon proved successful, but was soon shut down once discovered by the admins.

Today

Over a decade later, almost no evidence of Sapphire Project or the node remains, the parts having likely being salvaged by the owners, or griefers across the years. The Freedonian Historical Society seeks to build a non-functional recreation of the original node, but as of yet have had no luck finding build schematics or screenshots.

Though not much is left, the remains of the node can be visited at -5055, 7, 1933, only accessible with movement commands.

The Sapphire Node is no longer lost, as it has been restored by an admin to its original state. The Craftbook system is open for everyone to see, as long as you have /descend. Some of the transmitters are missing though, it is unknown if they were here originally or if the whole system wasn't finished.
