Scampi's Spawn Dispenser is currently titled as Scampi's Dual Knowledge Dispenser and drops a copy of Rules by 
SlowRiot and a copy of Survival Guide by Scampi_, which contain all necessary information to have an enjoyable time on the right side of the law on MCO, and it's hoped that new players will help themselves to them. It's located just a few blocks from the base of the quartz stairs and the sign pointing to The Junkyard, two other places where new players can help themselves to free loot.
This device is Scampi_'s method of distributing free items to the Freedonian populace. For the non-existent price of one fishing rod (type /kit fish to get one), a button can be pushed that will cause the dispensers to drop two items at once. This method of dropping items was chosen because releasing items on a button press is a way to drip feed them to players instead of allowing one player to quickly guzzle the entire supply. In addition, /kit fish has a 24hr cooldown timer, so players always have the ability to get one per day, but will need to craft another rod themselves if they want more. Lag currently limits the drop rate even further, but this is undesired, and a lamp is used to indicate when the lag-induced cooldown is over.
Expect this device to adopt a different guise around Christmas, or when Scampi_ wants to help players in a different way.

- Scampi's Festive Book Store dispensed War on X-mas pt.1 (2019) & War on X-mas pt.2 (2019), delightfully festive stories written by Scampi_, and shamelessly redistributed because he didn't have any good ideas/time for festive novels that year.
Grief Trap?
These vile creatures were caught and banned for damaging the shop! This list is incomplete, ̶y̶o̶u̶ ̶c̶a̶n̶ ̶h̶e̶l̶p̶ ̶b̶y̶ ̶e̶x̶p̶a̶n̶d̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶i̶t̶. The shop is now protected and can no longer be damaged.
