Sun Boat Service, or S.B.S., is a small public boat service with route and piers by light_sun in an attempt to stop the monopolization of the Boat Routes by 
nosefish.
You will have to set your render distance to at least 12, then, simply follow the signs on the buoys, those signs will include arrows that pointing toward the approximate direction of the next buoys or destination, you should be able to reach your destination
