For those of you confused about why this even exists, good question! The idea was born after Chromaticals and myself wanted to create a parody town of Newport, since snakyman always creates parody towns of other people’s places. So, we decided to name it Newpenis, and we created this wiki page after asking an admin for permission. - EpicBaby
