Situated on a small peninsula directly east of the Temple Of Supreme Fishiness, this pagoda, built by bubba_basti, houses the black and red lumps of liquorice that might be sacred to some misguided souls.
It can be reached by boat from the Temple Of Supreme Fishiness and Ocean City and every other place that is connected to the Great Circle boat route.
