Not to be confused with Heese 420, Heese 69 or Heese
Being the HQ of the glorious Heese Council and Heese Federation, it has a more grand design than any other Heese, serving a very important purpose.
The current build was built mainly by e47tn with DanThePilot02 helping.
Earlier stages of building were built mainly by DanThePilot02.
Entry is only allowed to Heese Council members.
