This house is a copy / recreation from a Minecraft world that was involved in a huge mystery YouTube video in 2010.
This video (Very Strange House in Minecraft That I Did NOT Build... by Deadsk1nmask) became poupular again in 08/2024 because a YouTuber called trone(y)sauce uploaded a video about resolving this mystery by that time, which became very popular very quickly.
The original video also offered a map download (Mediafire Link) which was downloaded and converted to 1.12.2. After that, one of the houses was put into a scematic for the Schematica mod and then started to being copied onto Freedonia by DaAlex135.
Since this house was in the mystery map but not involved in this mystery, the name of the building became The House I Did (Not) Build.
