Caesena was an alternative account of banned player 
IconPippi that managed to go undetected for over a year before being banned on January 8th, 2023 for ban evasion and involvement in the 2022-23 Gradle Backdoor Attack. Somehow they were never detected as being an alt of Icon, and managed to go undetected for about half a year, despite acting the same, immediatly returning to Newport, and building the airport (with help from others of course, and this is funny because Icon built the plane above Newport).
