Cap operates the Red Horse Inn located on the Newport Highway, where he also keeps a collection of interesting Items (which could use an update) at his underground base beneath the inn. Additionally, he owns a penthouse in Newport and trades commodities on MCO. He also built a wonky looking tower at spawn and made the Kandinsky Building.
