DARTHTACO2 is a friend of 
CaptainIceman and an early contributor to Mistral Valley. In 2019 he constructed a large hot air balloon that used to be a few blocks from the ground, but it had to be moved Via World Edit because it was interfering with the growing city. In early 2022 he returned to help CaptainIceman construct the United Mistralian Federation Headquarters, which is an Embassy for the Mistralian Alliance located inside the spawn walls.
