Vortex is a Brazilian MCO player who joined Freedonia in July 18th 2023 when he met the server through a YouTube video and decided to stay after meeting nice folks. He mostly goes around building wacky houses and various builds around the server.
He acts as the Co-Owner of CityTown where he spends most of his time by expanding it and bringing life to the town, while also acting as Shackcity's Ambassador and Police Chief (though there aren't any crimes being commited in Shackcity...nor people around to commit crimes).
