Introduction
I'm a somewhat active player here. I've left a few times, but I really only join nowadays during my "Two-week Minecraft phases", and on birthdays and holidays when time permits.
About Me
Hleo, I'm Chloe. (She/her only please) I do a lot of digital media-related things, such as video and audio editing, drawing, occasional animations, and Linux.
Why I'm no longer as active here, and what I used to do here.
I've simply moved on with my life. I don't play Minecraft as much as I used to, and I have different passions now. Most all of my friends that I've made here have moved on from McO, and we all do other things. For example, I tinker with technology a lot.
I used to be very active. To the point of addiction. I played at least once a day, every day for a long time. I've built three houses, helped with the construction of Baker's Edge before it died, joined Finland before it died, helped a bunch of players out with a lot of different things, etc.
I also used to walk around Spawn a lot. (I still do.)
Screenshots
I used to be (and very much still am) obsessed with screenshots, and I'd take probably at least thirty a day at my peak, some with and without shaders. My favourite shader is "Complimentary", and I usually used a PBR resource pack for that extra flair.
Unfortunately, due to an issue I had with an SD card I didn't know was nearly full (I am blind.), I lost a LOT of my, at the time, easily over two and a half THOUSAND screenshots. Currently, I'm down to 1.7K, with a lot of them still missing. I recovered as many as I possibly could, but there were some in a couple of now-deleted McO-adjacent servers. Those screenshots are lost to time, and are sadly irrecoverable.

Lots of things. Queerphobia, Nintendo, Adobe, Microsoft, and the number 37. (37 knows what it did.)
What I'm up to nowadays.
Nowadays, I'm mostly active in the SRB2 community, and I'm a mostly self-taught beginner mapmaker for it, and GZDoom. I love making custom maps for both of these games.
I'm completely solo in my work, and only occasionally receive help whenever I'm confused about linedef types and things, which means my projects tend to take really long time.
My first ever project, which I recently finished, started on March 31st of 2023, and finished on September 6th of 2024. That's just for ONE level.
