VL-115 is an unnamed NPC village located in the southern reaches of Freedonia. While remaining largly unmodified, every village house has been sealed off with wool, likely in order to protect the Villagers. This method has proven largely effective, as the town was noted to have boasted a population of 8 Villagers as of the 2025 census documentation for the Unnamed Villages Program, being the highest populated village documented as of then.
