VL-137 is a secluded plains NPC village located in the southern realms of Freedonia, not far from the unfinished Alduin project. The settlement is surprisingly cramped for a natural village, featuring tight pathways and no crop farms or blacksmith's shop. As of 2025, VL-137 was noted to have no surviving Villagers during a review for the Unnamed Villages Program, although a witch was noted to be roaming the area.
