VL-162 is a secluded plains NPC village surrounded by forest & located near the edge of the Southwest Borderlands, sharing the biome with Historical Society Outpost Alpha. Not much is known about the village, with the only information available coming from a few signs near the village well. 
FayElha had discovered & claimed this village on an unknown date, with 
Withercraft101 expressing interest in settling down there too at some point.
