VL-190 is a riverside NPC village first discovered by N_Jareau, with ownership later being transferred to ahri_29. The settlement is part of the Union of kpan settlements, as seen with its flag presented in both banner and classic wool flag form. The village is possibly named "Virioager", as seen on a sign on its town hall.
In 2026, it was rediscovered and added to the Unnamed Villages Program. As of the 2026 Unnamed Villages Program census, no remaining Villagers were found on site.
