VL-223 is a plains NPC Village located in a dense Roof Forest biome. Just across the pond is 
swissm4n's Artificial Woodland Mansion, perhaps serving as a grim explanation of the fate of the Villagers that once resided here. Like many other villages scattered across this region, the settlement was claimed for preservation by ahri_29.
