Waco is a small town in the Inner East region. It is located south of Castle City, and borders Tivoli to the east.
History
After 
GlutusMaximus_, the founder of Tivoli, was banned, all rights to the town were given to 
BuffaloBom. Tivoli promptly joined Elderlands which gave birth to a new area called Orange Rocky Points Area.
Waco is the second settlement to be founded in the Orange Rocky Points Area, on August 31st, 2025, after 
Skittlekid expressed his wishes to be part of Elderlands and wanting a government role. Revcha founded the settlement to expand the Orange Rocky Points Area and to give Skittlekid a govermental post in Elderlands, and the town was planned to be an industrial area, supplying materials to nearby settlements.
After Skittlekid's temporary departure from MCO in late September, ItchyLlama was appointed as the town's new governor, after his desire to build a mushroom themed town. Following Revcha's retirement in late December, BuffaloBom, the new imperator of the Elderlands, was made a second owner of the town.
