About
Waco is a small town in the Inner East region. It is located south of Castle City, and borders Tivoli to the east.
Beginnings
Tivoli was founded a few months before Waco. After 
GlutusMaximus_, the founder, was banned, all rights to Tivoli were given to 
BuffaloBom. Tivoli promptly joined Elderlands which gave birth to a new area called Orange Rocky Points Area.
Waco is the second settlement to be founded in Orange Rocky Points Area after Skittlekid expressed his wishes to be part of Elderlands and wanting a government role. Revcha founded this new settlement to expand the Orange Rocky Points Area and to give Skittlekid a govermental post in Elderlands.
