The Commonwealth of Arroyo and New Columbia
The Western Commonwealth is one of the largest states in the United Texas Coalition, just smaller than the mainland of Navarro.
It is made up of the two states of Arroyo and New Columbia and has 2 cities, Angel City and Liberty City, which is the largest in the commonwealth and is the capitol.
The Commonwealth is governed by the UTC and does not function as it's own entity. it exists entirely within the United Texas Coalition.
