The Big Ugly Tower, also known as the Big Ugly Tussenstad Tower (BUT or BUTT), commonly known as the BUT Tower, is an build that was an experiment on the rules of Freedonia. It is located in Tussenstad, and was created by Appelsaus, who gave permissions to edit the tower to EVERYONE on the server. It was built on land owned by 
BenjaminBsuper, who wanted the build moved away for obvious reasons. It turned out about as well as you'd expect.
