Backround and Basic Info
The Citadel Convention was held in an attempt to form a peace between the People's Army of Pieville, led by JimyHendricks, and the people of Cakeville, who had engaged in a battle the night before. After this battle, Luigifan100 and JimyHendricks decided to hold a convention akin to the Geneva Conventions, mostly deciding on the legality of several "war crimes" commited. Korbs699 offered to host the convention at the Citadel in Sinar Tempora. In order to avoid spamming chat, it was decided that discussion should take place in a discord group chat. The convention remained mostly peaceful for about 45 minutes, with discussions about Pieville propaganda being placed on people's houses, the use of chemical weapons, and general moral laws. The peace was broken after several people engaged in combat, and the general seriousness fell apart after Txkeykeeper and Brostrod began posting memes in the discord chat.
