The cobble monster was a combination of a failed attempt to make a dragon and the need to get rid of upwards 20 stacks of cobblestone.
Materials
Mostly cobble stone and stairs. A few fences for teeth, lava for tongue/fire breathing and a single glowstone block to serve as an eye (The builder only had one, so it only has a single eye).

The cobble monster is located in the Frozen Northern Wastes, a short walk south-west of the entrance to AmpCity, just south of the lava moat.
