Cobjobopolis is a settlement grown from a hole in the ground, started by  Craborne after wandering as far as possible from the insanity and general commotion of Spawn, in search of a peaceful area to relieve his bowels.

History

Whilst in the throes of a powerful acid trip,  Craborne began work on what is now known as the Monument to The Concrete Abortion. During construction of this, he was joined by his erstwhile colleague and brother in arms,  Cobjob_Mupjup, who enjoys goats.

Cobjob was responsible for drawing in other lost souls to the area, working on the train station and a marvellous bridge that most people agree is rather spiffing. He also constructed a pyramid and an underground mine, with excellent gas heating and a thriving old-school political idealogy.

Cobjobopolis obviously took its name from Cobjob, who was the visionary of the areas's expansion. Craborne helped by crying, pointing and laughing, and disappearing for days in the wilderness.

Some say the hills and valleys surrounding Cobjobopolis are some of the most fertile in Freedonia. It is rumoured they provide much happiness.

However, Cobjobopolis is not for the faint-hearted - nor is it for those who like cheap gas bills. Those who are easily offended might like the underwater mine best - otherwise, they should just stay away.

Cobjobopolis can be reached via the Freedonia Railway System by taking the Occidental Line west from Spawn, and specifying /st cobjob.
