The FHE is a cult that was formed when 
slime_tiger, snakyman, and 
skytrill sat in the fountain in Aquaton. It was formed when there was an angry mob of aquatonians sitting around the fountain demanding them to get out. It was formed to protect the right to sit in fountains.
