Introduction

Most griefer invasions that are caused by YouTubers are rarely intentional. Unfortunately with a mass influx of players will always come a huge influx of bad apples that ruin it for the rest of the players. FuzeIII had no foul intent in his video, and he is not to bear any blame for this Frenchocalypse.

The Beginning

Just a few minutes before 4:00PM on February 25th, 2019, just after the upload of a video by FuzeIII which would end up gaining 900k views, a large mass of French players began joining the server. The many people caused in a few tens of minutes an automatic reboot due to the RAM used. getplayerhead.sh?ScarClaw72&16.png ScarClaw72 was online with an afk getplayerhead.sh?aggrievedCanine&16.png aggrievedCanine, and suddenly almost all the players began to start griefing the server. The player count quickly rose to 60 and kept climbing as Scar scrambled to alert the staff team of what was going on. Shortly after getplayerhead.sh?KevinGriffioen&16.png KevinGriffioen joined, followed by getplayerhead.sh?mk59apr&16.png mk59apr. Things got to a point where they were coming faster than the staff could manage until the admin getplayerhead.sh?14mRh4X0r&16.png 14mRh4X0r joined and after a few hours things died down.

After that

  • Some French cities were created
  • Many people were banned
