HS-131 is a presumably unnamed town located in the Inner East region, southwest of Sand Island and northeast of Gotham City and Rig City. It had likely started out with the personal base of konkabob, built in 2011, before other players started building nearby throughout the years.
The town features two high-rise buildings, one made of sandstone and the other of stone, the latter the house of konkabob, surrounded by player houses old and new, most with glitched, mismatched chests and oak doors. The town saw development as recent as 2025, during the second 
Nerkin_ invasion.
In 2025, HS-131 was documented as part of the Unnamed Settlements Program.
