Laura Ville in one of the settlements of by_kpan located near Lake Laura and Shigihara Farm. It's part of the UKS.
Etymology
It was named in honor of Laura Shingihara, the main composer of Plant vs. Zombies. This is because by_kpan was listening There's a zombie on your lawn while building the road to connect Port Karla.

This is the facility of Shigihara Farm to create cookies.

This is a small harbor of Lake Laura. Not to be confused with Port Laura.
