The LBI (Luigifan100 Bureau of Investigation) was an organization on MCO ran by Luigifan100 (now banned)
The LBI's functions included: making cake, helping out the people of Freedonia and explores Freedonia in search of those in need. Another primary function was to uncover secrets in certain areas of MCO as well.
