MOON Prices
The following are prices for housing in Project MOON. More information can be found in-game at the Mayoral Mansion.
Here is a guide on the housing identifiers. There are only 12 total house types, each repeated 6 times clockwise around the city. Apartments are only priced based on what ring they are in.
Project MOON is one of the server's largest and oldest active cities. It is comprised of three main regions, The Archipelago, Neighbor Luna, and The Lunar Vault. The latter two have housing available for purchase.
Housing comes it all shapes and sizes from high-end mansions to smaller scale apartments and honeycomb style housing. Wherever you choose, the Caretakers of MOON hope you can find a warm home away from home in the beloved castle on the sea.

There are a variety of homing options available for players in Project MOON. The following section lists them as well as their prices.
Neighbor Luna
Houses are divided up into 12 different types, with 6 houses per type. They are designated based on Ring A-D, and Clockwise order 1-3. Apartments vary but are priced solely based on their Ring.

The Lunar Vault
The Lunar Vault housing is constantly being expanded and comes at a much cheaper cost for those seeking to live safely below. Prices are determined by the type of housing chosen. These include the legacy housing

Which can be found in the main Village Room. Legacy housing is built into the upper and lower housing which differ in size. The newer housing dubbed honeycomb follows a more open and mid-size style.r

Rules
Whenever you sign a housing contract, you are agreeing to the following terms. It is recommended to keep a copy of this booklet so you can refresh yourself in case you forget or need to reference at a future date.

1) You are granted revokable access to build in the house assigned to you. You can modify anything within its walls, including the bottom floor but may not modify the exterior or any other location inside Project MOON.r

2) After 30 days of inactivity, Project MOON reserves the right to reclaim the rights to home interior. In prior notice is given, this deadling can be increased up to 90 days.

3) In the event of an eviction, all personal items and materials will be dismantled and relocated to an offsite vault for safe keeping until the owner returns to the server and reclaims them.

4) As a citizen, you are granted permission to designated Project MOON facilities not publicly available. You are also expected to behave in a respectful manner while in Project MOON including no wanted PvP.

05) Attempting to build or break in any region outside your home without express permission will be treated as grief and handled as such with official server channels.

6) Eviction after the 30 day or extended period will only occur if a rule is broken, someone else is wanting to purchase the home, or you are deemed a threat to the safety of MOON and it's citizens.

7) These rules are not comprehensive and complicated situations will be handled at the discretion of the Project MOON Overseer and/or the Caretakers of MOON.
FAQ
1) Who receives the profit from Project MOON housing?
No one. All proceeds are stored in the MOON vault and are used only for The Lunar Games or purchases that aids MOON directly.

2) If I'm gone for 30 days does that mean my house is no longer mine?
No. Eviction only can occur after the inactivity period ends but won't happen unless another reason demands it.

3) Can I share a home with someone?
Yes. But full responsibility and official ownership will be kept under whoever makes the payment. What they do with their home is up to Them.
