Mayoral Mansion
- The Mayoral Mansion is both the city hall of Neighbor Luna, and also the residence of its mayors. Towering three stories high, it is located in between The Helping Hand HQ and The Peaceful Society Embassy of Project MOON. It is centrally located just outside the entrance to the vault and offers a spectacle to anyone peering through the Autumn park's tree.
First Floor
- The first floor of the Mayoral Mansion has two main areas. To the Northwest, you will find the town's epicenter, where citizens and/or visitors can gather for special events or meetups. To the Southeast is the Neighbor Luna welcome center. It gives a brief history of this area of Project MOON, and acts as a directory to other parts of the settlement.
Second Floor
- The second floor is also comprised of two main areas. The Northwest area features a directory of all citizens, and the guidelines for those who are looking for residency in Neighbor Luna. It lists off the major rules, and process of move-in and move-out. New residents will be brought here and then required to sign a book stating they agree to the guidelines. On the Southeast half of the room, the builder's wall resides. This wall carries the names of all who helped build the astronomically large Project MOON, as well as the heads of the three who led the project.
Third Floor
- The third floor is the Neighbor Luna residency of the mayors. The room is broken into three sections for each of the three major leads of the project. Their rooms are decorated to their own tastes.
