The beginning

Oakland was founded early January 2019 by  xXOakTheTreeXx for the sole purpose of preserving and protecting a beautiful and old piece of terrain. After some thought the Oakland nature preserve was created, and  xXOakTheTreeXx decided to build a small house next to it. Eventually he started to build small houses near his that served no purpose, and then a courtyard, and before he knew it a small town was formed. But it was very much a ghost town so he decided to invite the first two residents to live there,  Junior53 and  Daltonwgast2001

The Expansion

Soon a bunch more players showed up and things got busy. A giant public mine named "The Tunnels" was created by  ninereader shortly after joining, and a public tree farm was also made. The town is still accepting new members, just contact  xXOakTheTreeXx if you want to live there

also whoever built the railroad to my town, you cut through a alpha tree, that is an actual crime against humanity, like, just why.
