Pera is a new district of Mistral Valley, established in February 2025 by comradeaglarion after returning from a few months of break and finding his residence, WatchTown inactive. The settlement is modeled after waterfront villages along Bosphorus, buildings have an architecture similar to Turkish residential style - some of the buildings are directly modeled after historical houses on Bosphorus, mostly from Yeniköy. The name of the settlement, Pera, comes from the former name of Beyoğlu, a historic district of Istanbul.
The district is mostly residential, currently there are 14 houses and a pub as well as a few shop areas that are currently vacant. All empty houses are for sale, with prices ranging from 8 db to 80 db. Contact comradeaglarion if you are interested in purchasing a house, you can also commission a custom house according to your needs.
Buildings in the town
White Pavillion - 10 Sedad Hakkı Eldem Street (comradeaglarion's house)
This is the first house that was built in the town, it is also the largest. The building itself has an architecture similar to late Ottoman mansions, the western façade is partly modeled after Erbilgin Yalısı in Yeniköy while the gardens were designed inspired by Italian Renaissance gardens.

10 Pier Street (JCobbler2012's House)
This dark oak and cobblestone house is the second house built and first house sold in the town. It has a private, sheltered dock.
10 Palestine Street - Cavelake Pub
This building is the gathering place of the residents, it's built on top of a natural underground lake. Drinks are brewed with water from this lake.
20 Palestine Street (Skittlekid's House)
This waterfront house was partly modeled after Dadyan Yalısı in Yeniköy. It has 3 storeys with a cozy pier.
30 Palestine Street
This spacious house has a commanding view of the pier area and is situated at the centre of the town, it has 2 levels with a courtyards. It is currently for sale at 32 diamond blocks.
40 Palestine Street (Ren's House)
This waterfront sandstone house has 3 storeys (with a basement yet to be built). It is partly modeled after Karatodori Yalısı in Yeniköy.
50 Palestine Street
This spruce house has 8 rooms. It is for sale at 20 diamond blocks.

Situated on a hill overlooking the neighboring Marion Mistral, this house is hardly accessible by road and it's main entrance is the sheltered dock. It has 2 storeys.

Largest vacant house in the town, this house is accessed by the tunnel at the end of Beirut Street and is situated on top of a high hill. It is (possibly) the highest house in Mistral and with a mod to increase the render distance, it views the entire skyline of Mistral Valley. It has 14 rooms and 4 halls, it is for sale at 80 diamond blocks.
