Platt is F40CARZ's mansion and compound, located in Platinum City (formerly known as Dipre Platinum). It consists of three buildings: the main house, a church, and a small lighthouse. It surrounds a protected grotto of Alpha trees, which are what the city is known for. Constructed in mid-late April of 2025, it is most well known for being the place where the very first Platinum flag was made. That flag still hangs upon the southern end of the main house. On December 19th, 2025, it was ruined by F40 following a serious incident involving the former mayor of the city. It was restored and heavily renovated between January 24th and 25th, 2026, upon F40's return to MCO.
The House
The house is the main building on the Platt. It was built over the course of several days in April of 2025, and was also the first to be completed. It is entirely made of brick, with wooden shutters. It has a central chimney and is of 2 1/2 story design. Careful consideration was taken when choosing where it would be built, as to not interfere with the grove of rare Alpha trees next to it. On the south facade of the building hangs the very first flag of Platinum City.
The Church
The church is the second largest building in the Platt, and also the tallest. It was constructed at the same time as the main house, but completed later. Its incomplete structure is visible on the very first map of Platinum City. It is 28 blocks high and is the very first church built by F40CARZ. It is made mostly of granite, with a diorite core. It was heavily renovated in January of 2026, getting a brand new belfry (replacing an old one made of wood) and raising the ceiling. Inside, one can find a piece of obsidian, which was originally meant to be part of a (never done) plan to assassinate Egitto. While this never happened (Platinum City separated democratically), it still remains in the floor to this day.
The Lighthouse
The lighthouse is the smallest building on the Platt, and the last to be completed. It is made of brick and has a nether brick lantern (the part where the light is). It guides boaters into the center of Platinum City. It remains completely unmodified from the day it was built.
