Port Beerian City Hall immediately greets you upon your exit from Iron Mall and Welcomes you into Port Beerian. Decorated with American Flags, it summarises the style of Building Port Beerian has to offer.
The City Hall is what New Visitors of Port Beerian should take a look at first before continuing their Journey in the City.
Featuring an Information Board, Cafe, Offices and more, it is a multipurpose building.

On the First Floor, It Features an Information Board with details about Port Beerian and it's Staff along with a Board showcasing the "Founding Fathers" Heads, being JCobbler2012, 
Cosmic_potato_04 and 
Podd. Towards the Left, a Seating Area and Cafe can be found, designed by Luigifan100.
On the Second Floor, a Press Release Room can be Found alongside a Chamber Room, all decorated with American Flags.
On the Third Floor, Office Spaces for the Founding Fathers JCobbler2012, Cosmic_potato_04, Podd and WTC District Representative MSWindows can be found.
On the Fourth Floor, a Memorial requested by JCobbler2012 for 
Ahri_29 was built along with a Depository for Materials used in the Building's Construction. There is also Vacant Space which is currently Empty.
On the Fifth Floor, the Roof can be accessed via The Elevator System. It features a Satellite System built by Luigifan100 which Shines a Beacon through it along with Decorative Solar Panels, composed of Daylight Sensors.
