The Saikyo Tower is the embassy for Saikyo in Phoenix Isles.
Background
The Saikyo Tower is based off of the Yokohama Landmark Tower in Japan, which Hirudo6 visited while he was there. Its construction began when Anna_28 asked if Hirudo wanted a plot in Phoenix Isles around July of 2020. Due to both IRL and ingame commitments, however, it was not completed until May of the next year. Originally designed with a 1.7.10 block palette in mind, its composition was switched from stone bricks to smooth stone blocks to be more color-accurate to its inspiration.

The first three floors are occupied by the lobby, and there are two maintenance floors, which are off-limits.
