The Constitution of The United States of Stolandia
Article I : purpose
Section I : The USS or Stolandia's purpose is to united all stealers, Robbers, and Loot hunters under one flag. "we must steal from others to support our own".
Section II : "We the stealers of Stolanida will do our best to rob items from others and use their resources for our own, in order to help build up our beautiful nation".
Article II : Membership
Section I : Almost everyone in Freedonia is eligible for membership / citizenship no matter race, gender, or religion. ( Communists or Fascists will not be allowed to become citizens )
Section II : In order to become a member you must fill out a form stating your Username, Ideology, and reason for wanting to become a USS citizen.
Section III : Ranks in Stolandia. Ranks mean how trusted you are in My nation, depending on how much work you do or offer to My great nation. ( Ranks / Permissions stated below )
Section IV : Doing things like Killing other USS citizens / members, Stealing from the USS, Greifing the USS, and doing things without the proper mission needed will have your Citizenship revoked / removed permanently. ( Follow the law )
Rank 1 : Citizen
Citizens are the lowest rank, meaning they just joined Stolandia as such.
They will be granted limited building access and will have to ask for permission depending where they wanna build.
They will also be granted limited access to chests that were not placed by them.
Rank 2 : Honored Citizen
Trusted / Honored citizens will have more liberty in choosing where they want to build but will still have to specify on how big their build would be. ( You may get your building plan rejected )
They will also have access to all public storage united inside the USS
Rank 3 : Elite Citizen
Elite members will have access to build anywhere they'd like with little to no need to ask for permissions. ( it would still be nice if you'd ask )
They will have access to private chest rooms, that nobody but them or other high ranking members shall know about.
Article III : Elections
Section I : Every 4 Months ( IRL TIME ) a new president shall be elected and voted into office.
Section II : In order to become a president of the USS you have to be an Elite member for over 50 days. ( Minecraft days )
Section III : Voting will be done on the 2nd day of every 4th month after the president was sworn into office.
( In order to get elected you must have the majority vote in your favor )
Article IV : Amendments
First amendment : Freedom of speech, press, religion, assembly, and petition.
Second amendment : Right to bear arms.
Third amendment : Prohibits the quartering of soldiers in a private home.
Fourth amendment : Protects citizens from unreasonable search and seizures.
Article V : Laws
No Stealing from USS citizens
No Underage drinking
No Creation of illegal weapons or drugs such as Bombs, and Potions.
No Terrorism
No Socialist / Communist Ideologies
No Fascist Ideologies
No strange or unusual experiments made on people or animals
No Trying to over throw the government
No Tampering with the elections
No Doing things without the proper permission
