The Llamadventure

"the great llama drive bro" -Txkeykeeper

It all began at the Vaultalf, on the 30th of January 2022.

 Daltalf had invited  Txkeykeeper to his vault, named the Vaultalf, to show what he had been up to. After a few minutes of goofing around,  RainBd joined the game. Rain, being one of Dalt's closest friends, was also invited to the Vaultalf to goof around. She soon took notice of the location.

<RainBd> Why is it near the oasis-

The Oasis of Life, a safe haven for Rain and her friends, lay less than a league away, as the elytra flies. By MCO terms, this distance is easily achievable by flight or boat, but certainly is a challenge by foot.

It wasn't too long after when Rain came outside the vault, and was overcome with joy by what she saw.

<RainBd> and tHERE ARE LLAMAS YOOOOOOOooooo

Quickly, Rain grabbed some leads and put a lead on one of the llamas. Immediately a bunch of them began to huddle around it. She then gave Dalt a couple leads, and following Rain's example, he rounded up a group of llamas. Dalt handed Tx a lead, and he too herded up a bunch of llamas. By then the silly trio had rounded up about 20 llamas, with no idea what to do with them now.

<RainBd> wait dalt,
<Daltalf> now where are we heading with these ol
<RainBd> i will get some wool to make carpets at farm
<Txkeykeeper> dalt this llama is staring at me like i owe it money
<Txkeykeeper> DALT WHAT DO I DO
<Daltaf> have a spitting contest
<Daltalf> wait, how far is the oasis from here-

It was at that very moment that a disastrous idea came into Dalt's mind. Pulling up the map, he scours for a route from the Vaultalf to the Oasis. With a grin, he typed:

<Daltalf> Imma die laughing if we go that far with a single llama
<RainBd> lets. go.
<RainBd> tho uhh
<RainBd> maybe lets also bring the rest of the llamas?
<Daltalf> ahh okie
<Txkeykeeper> the last dalt entity moving adventure we lost like 3 enders lol
<RainBd> eh-
<RainBd> Lets do it for fun! :D
<Daltalf> this time, the llamas will liiiive

That was when the fire of adventure burned in their hearts, and thus began the great Llamadventure. Dalt, following the path he imagined on the map, led the way, llamas in tow. Then followed Tx and Rain with their llamas. Soon there came a commotion among the three about how funny the llama train looked, and it piqued  Ttuge's interest.

<Ttuge> can you take me to the lama train?
<RainBd> Like uhh dalt?
<Daltalf> hmm?
<RainBd> can ttuge also see the giant llama train? xP
<Daltalf> oh, okie

And so Ttuge was teleported to the adventure, and he soon grew fond of his newfound friends. He decided to stick with them and see where they were heading. As they passed through the extreme hills, Rain found...

<RainBd> MORE LLAMAAAS-

After Rain rounded up the stray llamas, the travelers came upon a small stream cutting through the steep cliffs, and their only option was to cross. The llamas, being slow in nature, had difficulty crossing the stream, and many lagged behind.

<Daltalf> some shall be left behind, and it's ok
<Ttuge> lamas are amazing with a top speed of 0.2 blocks a minute
<RainBd> nope
<Txkeykeeper> xD
<RainBd> we are getting all of them
<Daltalf> 0-0
<RainBd> and you cant deny that
<Ttuge> theyre a pack and cant live without eachother
<Daltalf> fair enough
<Txkeykeeper> or else theyll get depressed and listen to emo
<Ttuge> look at those adorable faces
<Daltalf> llemos
<RainBd> LMAO
<Daltalf> llmao?
<RainBd> stooop i am literaly dying out of laughter

Night came as they delved deeper into the barren terrain. Llamas spilled over the hilltop



Eventually they were organized into single file(ish).



The same place from Txkeykeeper's POV:



They came to the end of the mountains, and the last peaks of the range were finally behind them. A forest of oak and birch was before them. Night was still upon them as they weaved through the forest, fending off mobs and trying not to shoot the llamas by mistake. As they were a good deal through the forest and nearly lost, half an hour passed since they first began the adventure. And as the sun rose, the real world demanded Rain's attention, so the fellowship bade her adieu as she left. Now 3 travelers remained, and they tarried for a bit as Dalt fumbled with the map. Tx was engaged in another staring contest with the llamas.

<Txkeykeeper> here i sit waiting. the llamas...they judge me. their stares seem to peer into the depths of my soul 

Finding their whereabouts on the map, the group resumed their trek through the woods.

And they came upon yet another stream, managing to get as many llamas across as they could. Now they were in a small patch of plains, and the peaks of yet another mountain range stood in their way. To the left of them was a small cottage. This intrigued Tx, and he took a peek inside as Dalt and Ttuge stayed with the llamas. They proceeded up into the highlands before them, and discovered it wasn't as treacherous as the last mountain range they traversed. These highlands were more of a plateau with a few peaks jutting out, so there was a large and open space about them.

But weariness caught up with Tx, and he declared he finally was giving in to sleep.

As they passed through another forest, Ttuge spoke up.

<Ttuge> was there really no closer spot to get these guys? 
<Daltalf> well, rain's place is close(ish)
<Daltalf> you can go if you want lol, you did a great job already and it's late
<Ttuge> i wanna see the end of this, its not late anymore its already turning day here
<Daltalf> oh oof
<Ttuge> mco is life
<Daltalf> still have at least another 2k blocks
<Ttuge> ok 2k blocks is too much ill head to my base and eat the damn salad thanks for bringing me along 
 

Thus departed Ttuge, and Dalt forged on with a small herd of llamas remaining. After traveling through woods, swamps, and even more mountains, more and more llamas got lost. Eventually there were only 4 left.

Then three...

And then only two remained. It was these two that stayed with Dalt throughout the rest of the adventure, and luckily for them the end was in sight.

Eyes burning, and straining to stay awake, Dalt finally arrived at the Oasis of Life.



The far-fetched and spontaneous idea had been carried out to the full, and the adventure brought to an end. Though he said he'd die laughing if he got a llama that far, he instead logged off and went to sleep.

And that concludes the Llamadventure.
