The Oasis is an organization founded by 
okibdoki that aims to create areas of beauty and serenity across the Freedonian landscape.
Please be aware that this organization (and by extension, this page) is not finished. You may join but be aware there may be changes.
Mission Statement
The Oasis aims to create a number of "Oases" spanning Freedonia. These Oases do not serve any function.
All Oases must be added to this wiki page along with its name(if named), number, creator, and location.
How to Join
You may ask to join or be asked to join. If you want to join, ask any member. If approved, you may build an official Oasis.
If you are not approved by a member, you may ask any other member.
Building an Oasis
An Oasis should have a centerpiece (preferably with water, but take creative liberties), vegetation, and a seating area. The Oasis must be visibly separated from the surrounding terrain. It also must include a sign or signs that states its name(if named), number, creator, date created, and the words "The Oasis". If an Oasis is unacceptable you must change it. Oases may not be visible from another Oasis. If you wish to remove an Oasis, you must remove its signs, and change its entry to say removed.
Exceptions
In certain cases an Oasis will look better without the required elements. In these cases your Oasis must receive special approval from a Groundskeeper.
Membership
Members are divided into Apprentices, Gardeners, and Groundskeepers. It is difficult to be promoted, you must be a Member and have built 10 or more Oases. A Groundskeeper or a majority vote may grant the rank of Groundskeeper. A Groundskeeper may not kick anyone out only a majority vote can. In case of a dispute ask an Groundskeeper to conduct a vote. Okibdoki may make changes to any Oasis and may authorize any member to make changes. If you do not want your Oasis able to be changed it must be removed from The Oasis. Moderators and admins may act as Groundskeepers, but may not vote unless they are also members.
Rules
- All certified Oases must adhere to the guidelines listed above.
- The date must be included in the Month-Day-Year format. ex. September 29, 2018.
- Groundskeepers and Gardeners may make ask a creator to change a detail. These changes must be beneficial, but not very noticeable.
- A majority vote must be conducted by an Groundskeeper.
- All moderators and admins may act as Groundskeepers, but may not vote unless they are also members.
- By building an Oasis, you agree to adhere to these rules.
The Oasic Center
The Oasic Center will be the central hub of the Oasis, Currently it is located at Okibdoki's shop on the green floor of Diamond Mall. It sells a stack of gunpowder for a diamond, just saying. Supplies for building an Oasis will be provided at The Oasic Center, or you may provide your own.
