VL-128 is an isolated NPC village, located at the crossroads between the South Arterial Highway & the Acacia Rail Line. Discovered & claimed by WaffleNomster on 1/26/2017, this settlement has since been fortified with a wall of cacti, spanning along the outer perimeter. As of the 2025 census for the FHS's Unnamed Villages Program, no Villagers were found anywhere in the settlement, having been possibly killed over the years at the hands of the very wall raised to protect them.
