VL-133 is a fenced off NPC village featuring an ornate, player-built tavern. Despite hosting a heavy security force of 18 iron golems as of the 2025 census for the Unnamed Villages Program, only one villager citizen was found to be remaining onsite. VL-133 interestingly enough features three different roadway connections, being the Newport Highway, South Arterial, and an additional cobblestone road.
