VL-143 is a walled desert NPC village, located along the Mushiana Boat Route in the same desert as the Janlyn Arena. Boasting a large population of Villagers and a strong security detail of Iron Golems, the settlement is also protected by a perimeter wall with gates that automatically open in the daytime.
